Jorrit Wit is a senior insurance recruiter and talent advisor with 15 years of headhunting experience, including five years dedicated exclusively to the Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. He supports insurers, brokerages, and MGAs across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and insurance technology roles, combining deep industry knowledge with a hands-on, single-specialist model.

Unlike traditional agencies with layers of management, junior staff, or offshore teams, Jorrit leads every engagement personally — from role calibration and market assessment through to headhunting, shortlisting, and decision support.
