Meet Jorrit

Jorrit Wit is an Ontario P&C insurance recruiter with 15 years of headhunting experience, including the past five years focused exclusively on the Canadian Property & Casualty insurance industry.

He recruits across underwriting, claims, actuarial, IT, and insurance operations roles, working directly with insurers on confidential and specialized searches.

Clients work directly with Jorrit throughout the entire process, from initial search discussions through to candidate outreach, interviews, and shortlist presentation.

Outside of recruiting, Jorrit enjoys spending time with his kids building sandcastles at local beaches, discovering nature, and participating in small-town community events.
